The Delegation Oversight Specialist is responsible for coordinating the delegated oversight activities to ensure compliance with state, federal, and NCQA requirements. Responsible for creating, managing and reporting processes designed to monitor and evaluate activities and functions delegated to contracted, delegated entities and vendors. The Specialist will work with these groups for assigned products and business lines according to all corporate and regulatory/accreditation requirements and standards.
Required Job Qualifications
Associates Degree and 2 + years experience in health insurance with delegation oversight
Project Management skills and experience.
Knowledge of regulatory/accreditation requirements and standards (NCQA).
Verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
