Office Administrator/Dispatcher

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator/Dispatcher with Quickbooks experience.

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take ownership of managing overall office functions and needs.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook. QuickBooks experience is a plus.
  • Review lead information to enter customer information to the database, and close work orders from previous day routes, paying close attention to detail, identifying and correcting any issues
  • Maintain contact between drivers and home base, dispatching drivers to calls as they are received, using information on customer needs, drivers’ locations and loads, and daily factors to balance cost and speed of response.
  • Manage in-depth projects that require extensive research.
  • Manage customer invoices and input revenue and expenses via Quickbooks and Excel
  • Maintain contract files – track expiration dates, ensure that all requirements are met.
  • Follows up with potential new and existing clients.
    Meet, greet and keep track of visitors; answer calls and manage messages.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Highly organized.
  • Must have experience scheduling drivers
  • Excellent written, and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook. QuickBooks experience is a plus.
  • Ability to plan and perform in-depth research to achieve the desired results.
  • Positive energy, attention to detail, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to follow direction, multitask and work independently as well as part of our team in a fast-paced environment.
