Our client, a successful Insurance Agency is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Support. Responsibilities

You will be responsible for updating policies, supporting sales efforts, and performing retention with new and existing clients.
You will be responsible for maintaining and working on commercial accounts.
You will be working hand in hand with our account manager to service our clients, deal with smaller accounts, and process changes.
You will be expected to respond to client inquiries, incoming emails, and company requests in accordance with agency guidelines. Additional duties may be required.
You will be contributing to a strong, determined, team culture with a willingness to give and support others to achieve our goals now and into the future.

Requirements

Will hire without a license. Must obtain Property and Casualty License after training.
1 year of experience in Insurance
Good Verbal and Written Communication
Basic Computer software knowledge (Capable of basic troubleshooting if necessary)
Professional Phone/Office etiquette
