ManeHire Staffing is a WBE/MBE, Boutique Staffing Agency And Placement Firm that focuses on filling Executive and Management, Finance and Accounting, Medical, Insurance, Non-Profit, Call Center and Administrative as well as Manufacturing positions for Temporary to Hire, Contract and Direct Hire positions.

Temp to Hire

Part-Time to Full Time

Starting 9:15 AM to 3:00 PM Monday – Friday

$12 – $14 per hour

We are currently searching for a Staffing Admin Coordinator who has high-energy, entrepreneurial-minded, technology savvy, goal, and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities:

Learn and utilize Internet recruiting techniques, work with resume management and applicant tracking database systems, as well as building a pipeline of candidates/ and by online advertising, networking, referrals, cold-calling, social media platforms, and attending industry events.
Candidates must be proficient in MS Office with excellent verbal/written communication skills, excellent time management, demonstrated organizational skills, be self-directed, and have a professional image.
Generate sales leads
Format resumes.
Check references.
Schedule Appointments
Post open jobs to different job boards.
Source and pre-screen new candidates.
Make sure all required paperwork is received from the candidate.
Special projects
Must have own vehicle with proof of insurance, and a smartphone.
