Accounting Clerk

ManeHire is looking to full-time an Accounting Clerk for a reputable company in the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for data entry, matching invoices to purchase orders and/or vouchers, and assisting in the process of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R).

Your responsibilities in this role

  • Support Accounts Payable: vendor invoices and disbursement filing, A/P invoice matching filing
  • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable: apply cash receipt, process daily invoices/credit, and help with the collection of past due balance
  • Perform other accounting duties as requested.
