ManeHire Staffing is looking for an Administrative Coordinator for their office in East Longmeadow, MA. The ideal candidate has an engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers.
This position is temporarily remote until further position.
$18 per hour / 20- 30 hours per week while remote. Hours will increase over a period of time.
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Coordinator include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Administrative Coordinator responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Administrative Coordinator should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Make cold calls on a daily basis
Answer phone calls
Advertise job openings across multiple channels (e.g. job boards, careers pages, and social platforms)
Coordinate with department managers and team leaders to identify current and future hiring needs
Attend job fairs and organize in-house recruitment events
Conduct pre-employment screening, like getting references and performing background checks
Design procedures for each hiring stage, including assessments and interview questions
Ensure proper onboarding for new hires. Can speak knowledgeably regarding our partnership opportunities with potential clients
Completes all required documentation in an accurate, thorough, and timely manner
Responsible for the training and management of field employees
Meets or exceeds all assigned office goals and works to support the overall goals of the Company
Represents the organization in a professional manner at all times and communicates effectively
Performs duties with a high level of responsibility
Various other administrative duties
Must have experience with cold calling
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
