Duties & Responsibilities
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Routing qualified opportunities appropriately for further development and closure
Managing the order flow process from beginning to end and proposing solutions based on timelines to ensure on-time deliverables.
Use dedicated software (SalesForce) to process and track orders.
Check inventory and work with the Procurement to locate requested products and submit new production requests, if needed.
Review orders for accuracy and attend weekly multi-department meetings to review the progress of orders between other departments.
Monitor the process, identify any shortcomings and propose improvements.
Communicate with internal departments
Assist in the preparation and organizing of marketing material, quote sheets, etc.
Must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills
3-5 plus years of International Sales experience
Bilingual in Spanish
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and/or related experience
